Business Brain

Stop re-explaining your business to AI.

You ask AI for help and it answers like it has never met you - generic, off-brand, sometimes just wrong. A business brain fixes that: we organise your services, prices, tone and know-how so the AI you already use answers like it has worked for you for years. And it is the foundation for the automations that save you hours every week.

The gap

Generic AI doesn't know your business.

You have probably said it yourself: I ask AI for help and it comes back with things that have nothing to do with my business.

That is not the AI being useless - it is the AI working blind. Most local businesses run on a stack of spreadsheets, a packed inbox and what is in the owner's head. Your prices in one sheet, your quotes in another, your policies in a document somewhere - none of it anywhere AI can reach. So it guesses, and you spend more time correcting it than it saved you. The fix is not a cleverer prompt. It is giving AI an organised picture of your business to work from.

What you get

A business AI can finally understand.

Every quote, email and post on-brand

Drafts come out sounding like you - your services, your prices, your tone - the first time, not the fifth.

Decisions in seconds, with the full picture

Ask a question and get an answer grounded in your actual business, not the internet average of everyone else.

Never explain your business twice

Your services, prices, policies, past work and voice live in one organised place, so you stop repeating yourself.

Yours - you control who sees what

The brain is private to you. Hand a freelancer or a customer-facing tool only the slice they need - the brief, the FAQs - and keep prices, clients and strategy to yourself.

It adds up to the closest thing to a skilled AI team you can call on - one that already knows your business, works in your voice, and is ready in seconds.

Who it's for

Local businesses drowning in the same questions.

If your business lives in spreadsheets, a heaving inbox and your own memory - and you answer the same enquiries and write the same quotes week after week - a business brain pays for itself fast. It works as your:

  • Operations brain - quotes, FAQs, policies and job notes, ready when you need them.
  • Content brain - your voice and your proof, so posts and emails write themselves in your tone.
  • Delivery brain - past work, client context and your way of doing things, in one place.

Looking for a one-off automation rather than the whole foundation? That is our AI consultancy - and it works far better on top of a brain.

Proof

I run INKON this way.

This isn't theory. INKON runs on its own business brain: every decision, price, policy and piece of work, plus where I am headed next, organised so that when I sit down to do the job, the context is already there. It is the reason a one-person studio can move like a bigger one. I am not selling you a tool I have never used - I am setting up the thing I rely on every day.

The thirty years behind the studio, and the person you would be working with, are over on the about page.

How it works

Set up properly, then kept sharp.

  1. We map your business. One conversation about how you work, plus a look at what you already have - quotes, documents, your site, your reviews.
  2. We organise and load it. Your knowledge gets structured the right way and connected, so AI can actually use it instead of choking on a pile of files.
  3. We set the rules. Your tone, your boundaries, what AI should help with and where it should stop. Sensible limits so nothing odd slips out.
  4. We keep it sharp. As your business changes the brain stays current, and we keep you getting more out of it. That is the monthly half of the job.

How we do the organising is our craft. What you get is plain to see: a business that is finally legible to AI.

It does not just remember where you have been - it holds where you are going. Your goals, your plan and the next moves stay in view, so the brain keeps you and your team moving on them, not just busy. That is what the monthly side is really for: not keeping a filing cabinet tidy, but keeping your business on track and growing.

Pricing

We map, organise and load your business, then set the rules. You walk away with a working brain you can use straight away. Most setups land between £2,000 and £5,000, depending on how much there is to bring together.

from £250a month

At £250 a month we keep your brain current and sharp. Step up, to as much as £1,000, and we actively grow it through the year - new sources feeding in, live dashboards, more out of it every month.

We take on a handful of these at a time so each one is done properly. Book a call and we will give you a fixed quote for your business - no obligation.

Prices are for our work. The AI subscription you run your brain through is billed by the provider directly - we will point you to the right plan.

Business Brain questions, answered straight

Is this just ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT is brilliant when you feed it everything, every single time. A business brain means your business is already organised and loaded, so the AI you use answers from your real services, prices and tone without you re-explaining it from scratch.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. You bring the knowledge of how your business works; we do the organising. What you end up with is something you use in plain English - ask a question, get a useful answer.

Is my data safe, and who can see it?

Your business brain is yours and private by default. We organise your own information into your own space - nothing is shared, sold or published. You decide what goes in, and exactly what any person or tool you bring in can see: hand a freelancer or a customer-facing assistant only the slice they need, and keep prices, clients and strategy to yourself.

How is this different from your AI consultancy?

AI consultancy is advice and one-off automations for a specific job - replying to enquiries, drafting quotes. The Business Brain is the standing foundation underneath: the organised knowledge that makes all of it sharper. Many clients do the brain first, then automate on top of it.

How long does it take to set up?

Most setups run a couple of weeks from our first conversation, depending on how much you already have written down. You will see useful results from the first week, not at the end of a long project.

Curious what your business brain would look like?

Book a short call and we will show you - what we would organise first, what it would change about your week, and what it would cost. No meeting maze, no obligation.
