Web design · the Fylde Coast
Web design for the whole Fylde Coast.
From Fleetwood docks to Lytham Green and inland to Preston - INKON builds websites for the businesses that keep the Fylde Coast working. Based in Thornton-Cleveleys, serving every town on this page.
Why here
One coast, many markets
A roofer in Thornton quotes jobs in five towns a week; a Lytham boutique lives off a postcard-sized catchment; a Blackpool letting agent competes with national portals. "Local SEO" on the Fylde Coast means knowing which of those games you're playing. We build sites that rank town by town - a real page for each place you serve, written properly - so you show up wherever the work is, not just where your office sits.
Built by neighbours, not a faceless agency
INKON is based in Thornton-Cleveleys. We know the seasonal swing the coast runs on, which towns are five minutes apart and which are different worlds, and what customers here expect from a local firm. You get big-agency craft - earned on some of the most competitive accounts in the country - with someone who can be at your premises in twenty minutes.
The coast is underserved online. That's your opening.
Most Fylde Coast business websites are a decade old, slow on a phone and invisible beyond their own name. The bar is low and the prize is real: the first business in a town to take search seriously usually takes the lion's share of its enquiries. Our free audit will show you exactly where that opening is in your trade.

Asked by businesses across the Fylde Coast
Can you get my business found across the Fylde Coast?
Yes - it is the main job. A fast site with a proper page for each thing you do and each town you serve, a worked Google Business Profile and steady reviews. The coast is underserved online, so proper local structure moves you faster here than in a big city.
Should I just use Wix or Squarespace instead?
You can, and a builder will happily sell you one flat page for the whole coast. But you build and maintain it yourself, and one page rarely ranks town by town or answers the enquiry while you are on a job two towns over. I build and look after it, structured to rank from Fleetwood to Lytham with a real page for each place you serve, and enquiries answered in seconds. If a builder genuinely suits you better, I'll say so.
Which areas of the Fylde Coast do you cover?
All of it - Blackpool, Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Thornton-Cleveleys, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lytham, St Annes and Kirkham, plus Preston and Lancaster inland. I'm based in Cleveleys, so most of the coast is minutes away.
My business serves several towns. How does that work on one website?
Each town you serve gets its own genuinely useful page - local proof, local questions answered - because that is what Google ranks and what customers from that town want to see. It is exactly how this site works, and it is included in my Growth Website builds.
Do you only work with Fylde Coast businesses?
The Fylde Coast is home turf, but everything I build - sites, search, AI lead response - works anywhere, because everything runs online: video calls and fast email. Lancashire and the North West are routine; further afield is a conversation I'm happy to have.
What does web design cost on the Fylde Coast?
My prices are published: Starter Sites at £500 to own outright, or plans from £99 a month with the build included - right up to the full Growth build on the Grow plan. No quote theatre - see the pricing page for everything.
What is the cheapest way to get started?
The Presence site. One page, £150 a year, hosting included. For a sole trader working Fleetwood one day and Lytham the next, that is often enough to get found and get rung. When you want more room, a Starter Site is £500 once for five pages, owned outright, or the Launch plan is £99 a month with the build in it and a six-month minimum. Cheap is fine. Vanishing afterwards is not.
Who is the best web designer on the Fylde Coast?
The coast is not one market, so best is the wrong test. A Lytham boutique and a Fleetwood roofer want different things from a website. Ask whoever you speak to: are your prices published, can I click through sites you built, who picks up when I ring, and what happens after launch? I'm based in Thornton-Cleveleys, so you can ask me face to face. If someone else fits better, I'll say so.
Is the website mine or yours?
Yours, if you buy it that way. Pay £500 once for the Starter Site and it is yours from day one, files and domain, no permission needed to move it. On a monthly plan I host and own the build while you subscribe, six months minimum, and after that the standard website is yours to keep if you go. The AI lead response stays with me. Better said now than in a falling out later.
What happens after it goes live? Am I on my own?
No. Plenty of web designers on the Fylde Coast go quiet after launch, which is half the reason the coast is underserved online. On the £99 a month plan, hosting, support, small changes and the AI lead response are all included. Seasonal hours, a new town added to your patch, a price change, just tell me. Own a Starter Site and you can bolt on the AI lead response for £200 a year.
