Your domain name (typically £10-15 a year) is the only thing we recommend you always own and pay for directly - and if you have not got one yet, no problem: we sort it for you at cost, and it is yours. Hosting is included on every plan and on Presence. One-off extras are on the add-ons menu, priced before any work starts.

Not full online shops, no - we focus entirely on websites that win enquiries, calls and bookings for service businesses, which is what the whole system is built around. If you simply want to get paid online (a deposit, a booking fee or an invoice), we can add simple, secure payments as an add-on. For a proper store with a product catalogue, a specialist like Shopify is the better fit, and we will gladly point you to one.
