Privacy policy: Tiny Death Match
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Tiny Death Match is made by INKON Games, a trading name of Inkon LTD ("we", "us"), company number 16237982, registered office 14 Stork Close, Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 3FB. This policy explains what data the game uses. The short version: we don't collect any personal data. Your progress stays on your own device.
What the game stores, and where
The game saves these things only on your device, in your headset's or browser's local storage:
- your player name, level, XP and gun levels
- your loadout and match preferences
- your settings (volume, controls, graphics, and mixed-reality board size and position)
None of this is sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it.
What the game does not do
- No accounts and no sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or advertising identifiers.
- No online multiplayer, chat or voice.
- No collection of your name, email address, location or contacts.
Mixed reality, cameras and controllers
In mixed reality, the game uses your headset's tracking (head and controller positions) and, if available, surface detection to place the battlefield on your floor or table. This happens in real time on the headset and is not stored or sent anywhere. The game never receives images from your headset's cameras: passthrough video is handled by the headset itself and isn't available to the game.
The game reads your controllers and any connected gamepad only to play the game.
Downloading and running the game
When the game is first installed or updated, your device downloads the game's files from our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Like any web server, it briefly processes your IP address to deliver those files, under its own privacy policy. After that the game runs offline. The game's fonts are included with it, so no third-party font services are contacted.
Purchases and the Meta Horizon Store
If you buy the game through the Meta Horizon Store, Meta processes that purchase under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive sales reports from Meta but no payment details.
Children
The game is intended for teens and adults (13+). It doesn't collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If the game changes in a way that affects your data (for example, adding online play), we'll update this policy and the date above before the change ships.
